Instructor

Yeseong Kim
3D Artist

Hello, I am 3D Artist Yeseong Kim.

I'm a self-taught 3D artist,
currently working for Tendril Studio,
a well-known company
in the motion design industry.

During my time at Tendril Studio,
I've worked with various brands
such as Microsoft, Adobe, and ESPN,
and I have also been in charge of
designs, look development, and lighting.
This class is for those who have a grasp on
the general workflow but are frustrated with
the quality of their results and
professional projects,
and those who can't figure out
which area of skills they lack,

Since I also learned Redshift all by myself,
I understand how frustrating and helpless it feels.
That is why I want to teach you practical
Redshift techniques and tips and tricks
I learned from my personal experience.

Question.01
What Are the Current Prospects
of Redshift?

I believe there will be more demand for Redshift. Especially, since our recent clients are often requesting surreal visuals, and demand for workflows utilizing C4D, Houdini, and Redshift grow higher. Also, since C4D bought Redshift, these two tools will receive continued support and improved compatibility, which only gives it better prospects.

Question.02
What Differentiates This Class
From Other Classes?

There are barely any in-depth Redshift tutorials that cover a host of advanced features. Since this class discusses the full potential of Redshift such as how to use the seemingly complicated nodes to render images and how to optimize rendering for the final product, I believe it stands out from other classes.

Question.03
Who Would You Recommend
Take This Class?

I recommend this class to aspiring artists and junior designers who wants to create industry-ready quality renders. If you're unsatisfied with the quality of your projects but you have a hard time improving, if you have a grasp on where you lack technical skills, yet you can't pinpoint the exact area, I recommend you to take this class.

Question.04
Please Leave a Message
to Potential Students.

Making stunning and beautiful work is definitely important, but through this class, I would like you to learn about the technical aspects used in the field. I want you to use everything you learn from this class to its fullest potential. It would be an honor if my class helps lead you in the creation of an even better work of art.
