Hello, this is graphic designer Youngsun Kim.
I not only have experience drawing interesting letters and working with graphic design mainly on cultural and artistic projects such as print media, branding, and illustration.
Working in studios, in-house, and as a freelancer, he has collaborated with various companies, foundations, and studio clients, including SM Entertainment, Amoeba Culture, Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, and Busan Museum of Art.
Currently, after working at the mobility platform 'Tada', he is working as a designer at 29CM, a comprehensive fashion, life, and culture platform, and is actively engaging in exhibitions and work.
Based on our practical strengths in lettering design and graphic design, this class will teach you everything from basic knowledge of letters to various lettering styles and expressions that maximize your brand concept, as well as practical know-how.

What are your strengths as a graphic designer?
My biggest strength is that I directly letter letters and titles in a variety of fields, crossing the boundaries between commerce and art, such as graphic print media and branding work. Through this class, we will teach you the know-how to create powerful design synergy by directly drawing the impression of the voice you want to express rather than finding the font you need for your work.
What is the differentiating point of this lecture?
The most important thing when carrying out a branding project is to express your intended thoughts and ideas through consistent and clear visual elements. In that respect, I believe that lettering is the most efficient way to instill a clear brand image in text without requiring excessive graphic effort. We will help you design letters that can express the concepts and keywords you want in your work.
