Why Take This Class?
Most animation classes teach you how to draw or move a single character in isolation, leaving you to figure out the chaotic reality of actual production on your own. This class is entirely different: it bridges the gap between individual craftsmanship and a full-scale pipeline. You won't just learn isolated techniques; you will gain direct insights from multiple industry production roles, giving you a comprehensive, 360-degree understanding of how a professional project is successfully steered from the storyboard to the final render.
Taking this course means mastering the rarest and most valuable skill in the industry: an efficient, predictable workflow. By the end, you will possess the sharp managerial mindset required to lead collaborative studio teams effectively, alongside the pipeline secrets needed to produce high-quality, unique animations completely on your own. Don't just learn how to animate. Learn how to plan, manage, and actually finish your dream projects without burning out.

Interview with
2D Animation Studio, Studio ClickBoom
"The lead animator plays an important role in animation, because their work is crucial to elevating visual storytelling. Lead animators must work closely with the original intention of a scene in order to faithfully capture the essence of the piece. It is essential to learn the subtle details that lead animators take into consideration to provide more depth to the storytelling." - Artifisoap
"Many animators often share the same worry: Am I talented enough to be an animator? Animation seems like a skill that works with your feelings, but I believe that calculations also play an important role in the process. Therefore, I want to share some of my observations and experiences with applying physics and storytelling skills to animation production, hoping this will help others produce animation with consistent quality." - Parasol
"Character design in animation differs from character design in other industries, such as the gaming industry. The design considerations are not exactly the same. Highly detailed and decorative designs that work well in games are not always suitable for animation. It is essential to learn how to design characters that are easy to animate while still maintaining clear and distinctive personalities. This is especially crucial when working with limited resources. Such an approach helps ensure a smoother production process and improves the overall quality of the final work." - Balloon
