Interview with
Illustrator,Jongwoo Jeong, TT, Oohhya
Don’t just imitate the coloring of your favorite artists or instructors. In this course, I designed a curriculum that allows you to learn your own coloring by teaching you the same concepts of light and color that those people studied.
[TT]
You won’t be just blindly following along. By using the most basic textures and objects as active exercises, I will help you understand the structure of objects and principles of coloring to unleash your creativity and apply it to any work.
[Oohhya]
Don’t become stuck in a loop of negative experiences when it comes to coloring. From a solid foundation of the basics to advanced coloring, I will show you that coloring is a process that not only finishes a piece but also breathes life into it.
I will help you develop a critical eye that goes beyond merely admiring attractive images. We will analyze and record the color combinations and coloring of beautiful images you glanced at and promptly forgot, and use them in your next drawing.
[TT]
By solidifying the basics to expand the range of what you can color, you will learn to stabilize your coloring process through the repetition and application of various coloring practices.
[Oohhya]
This course considers individuals at various stages, including those who are somewhat familiar with the basics of coloring but struggle to apply or depict them in drawings. My goal is to connect everything from coloring basics to practical application, helping you overcome artist’s block and color anything your heart desires.
