- The previously purchased classes cannot be refunded for promotion participation reasons
- In case of a refund, all the benefits, including the promotion coupon, will be retrieved from your account.

[Coupon Details]
- Please note that "Coupon is not valid" will be displayed when the first number of customers is reached.
- Each coupon is limited to one time use and cannot be used for more than one course.
- Coupons cannot be used for courses reserved in advance (including some courses whose videos have been partially released) and for some courses.
- Please be sure to check the list of courses for which coupons cannot be used before purchasing.

[Day Pass Classes  Precaution]
- You cannot switch Day Pass Classes  to an Unlimited Access.
- You cannot use any coupons on Day Pass Classes.
- If you are interested in an Unlimited Access Classes, please consider purchasing our Unlimited Access options.
- This event may be changed or removed without prior notice.
- The start date of the class is based on the payment date, regardless of whether you actually take the course or not.
- Fixed-term classes cannot be extended, paused, or exchanged for an Unlimited Access Classes.
