[Announcement] New Media Player ReleaseColoso.2024. 11. 18
We are excited to announce the long-awaited release of our new media player on September 30th!

Please be aware of the following potential occurrences during the media player update on September 29th, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM (PDT) :
- You may occasionally be signed out while watching class videos.
- After Signing in, the lecture progress rate(e.g. Completed, Continue watching, etc) may not be marked properly.
- 8464 error (maximum device error) may occur more frequently than usual due to the player change. If you encounter this issue, please contact the Help Center, and we will assist you.
- The Coloso app you’ve been using will be discontinued after the new media player release.
To continue watching your classes, please access Coloso via web version on your PC or mobile device.
