I provide salon onboarding training and private lessons, teach haircut techniques through re-education programs and university lectures, contribute to magazines, film haircut tutorials, work on trend development, and lead domestic and international seminars with Wella Professionals.
What I value most among all my work is the time I spend with clients at the salon and the time I share my knowledge through education.
For over 30 years, I've walked the path of a hair professional, continuously learning and striving to grow. The driving force behind that journey has always been the joy of seeing a client's satisfied smile and my desire to share the value of mutual growth with the next generation.

Is there a particular aspect that requires special attention in women's haircuts?
Technically, being solid in the basics is fundamental, but when it comes to short haircuts, you also need to focus on preserving femininity through curves and creating a look that balances chicness and charm. It’s essential to consider which parts to highlight and which to remove carefully. Additionally, attention to detail is key, like the face-framing cut for contouring the face shape, and setting the right length by considering the neckline and jawline. Female clients don’t just want their hair trimmed neatly—they seek a design approach that offers a sense of suitability and emotional satisfaction.

What aspects do hair designers find difficult when cutting women's hair, and how can this class help resolve those challenges?
It seems that many struggle with controlling hair volume and beautifully expressing the head shape and facial features—without making the overall length too short. Through this class, you’ll learn the process and key considerations for finding the right design during client consultations. In particular, by clearly understanding why the disconnection technique is used and how and where to apply it, I believe you’ll be able to make your salon work easier and more efficient.

First of all, no matter how beautiful a hairstyle may be, its value is diminished if it doesn’t suit the client. In this class, I aim to explain more concretely what to consider when creating a hairstyle that truly suits the client.
