REFUND

- How do refunds work?
If you would like to request a refund because a Class did not meet your expectations, please contact us for the refund (refund@coloso.us) Also, for more detailed information, please review below Half-off Frenzy promotion refund policy

- Refundable Amount for products of promotion
(a) If you view less than two lectures within seven days of purchase, you can receive a full refund.
(b) If you view two or more lectures within seven days of purchase, you can receive a partial refund deducting the amount corresponding to the number of days of use (=deductible daily calculation);
(c) Refunds for the remaining days can be made for more than seven days after purchase (=deductible daily calculation.);
(d) The refund amount is calculated based on the actual amount paid, not the regular price.
(e) Regardless of playback time, if a video has been played, it is considered as viewed.
(f) Those who have downloaded our class materials are not eligible for a refund.

- Additional reasons for refund denial
You may not be eligible for any refund in cases where we believe there is refund abuse or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to the following circumstances where:
(a) a user has requested multiple refunds for a single course
(b) a user has asked for excessive refunds (c) we detected fraudulent behavior(s) from a User
(d) an account has been reported, banned, or deactivated due to a violation of our Terms.
