▷ 50% Trade-In Coupon Distribution & Usage Period: September 26th 12:00 AM (PDT) – September 29th 11:59 PM (PDT)
▷ Class Deletion (Returned Classes): Classes submitted for return will be deleted from [My Class] between September 25th to September 30th (PDT). Once deleted, the class and its records (progress/bookmarks/notes) cannot be restored.
- Payment and form submission must be completed within the event period to qualify. Coloso is not responsible for missed benefits due to late participation.
- This promotion may be changed or terminated without prior notice.
- Purchases made before the event cannot be refunded and repurchased for the purpose of participation.

[Trade-In Benefit Details]
1. Eligibility
- Only members who used the 23% off coupon during the event period (September 9th 12:00 AM (PDT) – September 15th 11:59 PM (PDT) may apply.
- Only coupon usage is verified, regardless of payment amount. At least one purchase with the 23% off coupon is required.
- If a purchase made with the 23% off coupon is refunded, the Trade-In will not be available.

2. Trade-in Submission Notice
- Forms submitted after the deadline or with incorrect information will be excluded.
- Only one class return (deletion) per member is allowed. If more than one is submitted, only the first submission will be accepted.
- If applications exceed capacity, early closure may occur and the form will be deactivated.
- Trade-in does not mean a refund. Trade-in refers that you have agreed to return your old class and get a new class.

3. Exclusions
- Class bundles and day pass are excluded.
- Classes purchased after August 1st 12 AM (PDT) are not eligible. Only classes purchased before July 31st 11:59 PM (PDT) are qualified.
- Classes under $100 (actual payment) are excluded.
- 1:1 feedback, and asset products are excluded.

[50% Off Trade-In Coupon Details]
- The coupon will be automatically issued to members whose Trade-In application and agreement are confirmed.
- Valid only from September 26th 12 AM(PDT) – September 29th 11:59 PM (PDT).
- Each coupon applies to one class only.

- Some classes may be excluded from coupon use.

- Coupons used for refunded classes cannot be reissued.

[23% Off Coupon Details]
- This coupon is available only during the event period.
- The 23% off coupon is available to all members, regardless of Trade-In participation.
- Coupons used for refunded classes cannot be reissued.
- This coupon can be applied to Unlimited Access classes across all categories, except for certain excluded classes.

[$100 Sign Up Coupon Details]
- Issued once per new member.
- New members who join between September 9th 12:00 AM – September 15th 11:59 PM (PDT) will automatically receive both the standard Sign Up Coupon and the event-exclusive $100 Sign Up Coupon.
- The event $100 Sign Up Coupon is valid until September 15th 11:59 PM (PDT). It will expire automatically if unused and cannot be reissued.
